「他人が自分を知ってくれない」なんてどうでもいいことだ。

「自分で自分を知ろうとしない」ことが問題なのだ。

（学而第一16）

他人に責任を持っていく他責ではなく、自省をできない自分に疑問を持つべきということだ。

自分だけの知っている自分。

他者から見えている自分。

自分が思い込んでいる自分。

これらを複眼的に見ていく過程で、成長の機会が待っている。

他人への関心が強すぎる現代において、自己反省、自己理解への比重を重く置くことは依存を断つ一歩であろう。

It doesn’t matter if “others don’t know me.”

The problem is that “we don’t try to know ourselves.”

This means that instead of blaming others and placing the responsibility on others, we should question our own inability to self-reflection.

The self that only we know.

The self that others see.

The self that we imagine.

Opportunities for growth await in the process of looking at these things from multiple perspectives.

In today’s world, where we are overly concerned with others, placing emphasis on self-reflection and self-understanding will be a step toward breaking free from dependency.
