軍事を検討する場合の最重要の指標である「五事」とは、「道」「天」「地」「将」「法」の五つである。

「道」とは、民の気持ちを為政者に同化させることのできるような政治の正しいあり方。これによって、民は為政者と生死をともにして何の疑いも抱かないようになるのである。

「天」とは明暗・寒暑・時節などの自然条件、

「地」とは遠近・広狭・有利・不利となるような地形など、戦場に関する地理、

「将」とは軍を統括する将軍の能力で、智（智恵）、信（信頼）、仁（思いやり）、勇（勇気）、厳（厳格）の五つ。

「法」とは、曲制（軍隊の構成や指揮系統などのきまり）、官道（組織の上下や賞罰に関するきまり）、主用（主軍の輜重や食糧に関するきまり）、すなわち軍を運営するための各種の規則である。

これらは、敵・味方の実情や優劣を冷静に判断するための最も重要な指標である。

• 明暗・寒暑・時節などの自然条件
• 遠近・広狭・有利・不利となるような地形
• 将軍の能力　智（智恵）、信（信頼）、仁（思いやり）、勇（勇気）、厳（厳格）
• 軍を運営するための各種の規則

これらを現代組織に置き換えて考えると、企業やチームの強さの判断に役立つ。

経営者、チームリーダー、マネージャーの考えとプレイヤーが同じ方向を向くことのできるビジョンがあるか。

景気、季節、時季など行うプロジェクトの客観的な環境の把握。

プロジェクトを行う地理的条件。

リーダーの知能、人格、度胸、規律。

プロジェクトを運営するためのケースごとの規則決め。

これらの判断をする役割は必ずしもトップ自ら行う必要はないが、良い参謀が不在の場合はトップが自ら判断しなければならない。

可能であれば、これらを同じ目線で評価できるようにプレイヤーにも指導できれば組織としての自立度は更に高まる。

The five most important indicators when considering military strategy are “Tao,” “Heaven,” “Earth,” “General,” and “Law.”

“Tao” is the correct way of government that can assimilate the feelings of the people to the ruler. This allows the people to share life and death with the ruler without any doubts.

“Heaven” refers to natural conditions such as light and darkness, cold and heat, and seasons.

“Earth” refers to the geography of the battlefield, such as distance, width, and width, and advantageous and disadvantageous terrain.

“General” refers to the abilities of the general who controls the army, including the five elements of Chi (wisdom), Shin (trust), Jin (compassion), Yu (courage), and Gan (strictness).

“Law” refers to the various rules for running an army, such as the structure of an army and the chain of command, the ways of the army (rules regarding hierarchy in an organization and rewards and punishments), and the main uses (rules regarding the army’s supplies and food).

These are the most important indicators for calmly judging the actual situation of allies and enemies, and their superiority or inferiority.

The intelligence, personality, courage, and discipline of the leader.

Setting rules for each case to run the project.

The role of making these decisions does not necessarily have to be the top person, but if there is no good staff, the top person must make the decisions themselves.

If possible, if you can teach the players to evaluate these things from the same perspective, the organization’s independence will increase even more.
